* 2 Tbsp Veg Oil
* 2 Onions
* 1 Inch Ginger
* 4 Garlic Cloves
* 1 Green Chilli or more if you want spicy
* 1 chicken cut into medium PCs
* 3 medium tomatoes chopped
* 1 Tsp Sugar
* 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
* 1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
* 1 Tsp Garam Masala
* Salt to taste
* 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
* 1 Tbsp Cumin
* 1 Tsp Turmeric
* 1 Tsp chilli powder
* 1 Tsp Paprika
* 3 Cloves

* Finely dice the onions, garlic, chilli and garlic
*
* Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan
* Add the finely diced onions, garlic, chilli and ginger
* Cook on high for 3 minutes – stirring often
* Then add in the chicken pieces, stir to coat and cook till chicken get some color
* Then add in the spices, except garam masala (so ground Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Paprika, Cloves) and fry for 30 seconds – 1 minute
* Add in the tomato puree, sugar and chopped tomatoes
* Stir to combine all the flavours, then add in the water
* Bring to a low simmer and cook until sauce is thick and chicken cooked through
* Turn the heat off, sprinkle in the chopped coriander leaves, garam masala – stir to combine
* Then serve! With , rice and an additional sprinkle of coriander on top.
