Beef bulgogi I just love Korean food , and this is one of my favorite dish
Bulgogi also known as Korean BBQ beef, is marinated thinly sliced beef. While it can be made with other meats such as chicken (dak bulgogi) and pork (dweji bulgogi), the term “bulgogi” generally refers to beef bulgogi.
While this Korean marinated beef is most commonly char grilled at restaurants and homes, especially outside Korea, there are many regional variations of how this dish is prepared. When I was in Korea last year o tastes many bulgogi but this the best recipe made by my friend mom
1 lbs beef rib-eye or tenderloin, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 medium sized onion
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons rice cooking wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup of Coca Cola
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seen
1. Mix everything else but the beef in a bowl or tupperware to make the marinade.
2. Add the beef and marinate for a few hours or overnight for best results.
3. Grill, BBQ, or pan-fry until meat is cooked (approximately 30 minutes).
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
