Blueberry cheese naan pizza
I know it’s not conventional but believe me it’s just too good , savory with touch of sweet and spicy and undertone on tangy . On every bite you will be surprised , and somewhat a healthy option, I used ricotta and feta but you can mix any cheese mozzarella and goat any creamy cheese will work ..: open a bottle of chilled crispy white wine and have it for weekend brunch
1 naan 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1 cup thinly sliced red onion salt
red pepper flakes
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 cup blueberries Handful of micro green
4 to 5 Basil chiffonade Preheat oven to 400°F.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the naan on the baking sheet and lightly brush with water. Set aside.
* Heat the olive oil add the onion and season with salt to taste and red pepper flakes. Cook the onions until it is wilted, stir in the balsamic vinegar , Remove from heat.
* Mix the ricotta and feta cheese in a small bowl. Spread the ricotta mixture over the naan, and top with the balsamic onions. Sprinkle the blueberries on top.
* Place the naan pizzas into the oven and bake until the blueberries are just about ready to burst, the cheese has softened, and the naan is toasted. Remove from oven, sprinkle with micro green , lemon zest and basil and enjoy immediately
