🥶🥶Bourbon cinnamon roll

This is the season of indulging , here you go a perfect brunch dish with a dash of adult beverage 😊

* 1/4 tsp ground clove
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp salt
* 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 2 Tbsp bourbon
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 3 cups flour

Prepare the filling

Combine all dry ingredients, in a small bowl.
Add in butter and mix until it resembles wet sand.

Preheat the oven to 425°.
Grease and flour a cast iron pan or 9 inch pie plate.
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add in buttermilk, bourbon and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Stir until just combined.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead until dough is smooth.
Flatten the dough into a rectangle, about 12×18 inches. Brush on 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Dump filling onto dough and spread evenly, leaving about 1/2 inch border around the edge. Press the filling down a bit so sticking
Starting on the long side of the dough, start to roll up, pressing as you go, to create a tightly rolled log. Pinch the seam closed and lay seam side down. Cut into 5 to 6 slices, placing in pan as you go.
Brush rolls with remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Bourbon glaze
2 cups of confectioners sugar, sifted
5 tablespoons of bourbon
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon milk
Dash of sea salt
1 tablespoon of melted butter

Whisk together the first six ingredients until smooth.
Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
Drizzle over the cinnamon roll
