Egg with roasted red bell (capsicum) pepper sauce

I am always a big into quick and easy cooking , so lot of the time I make certain sauce ahead of time and when I am ready to cook I just add the protein or vegetables this is one of my go to sauce !!

Roasted red pepper sauce is quick to prepare and can be used to jazz up any number of meals like sandwiches, wraps, eggs, meat, and pasta. This is a fantastic meal prep recipe!

* It’s a delicious sauce for chicken, fish, and seafood, especially shrimp!
* Drizzle roasted red pepper sauce over scrambled eggs or in an omelet.
* Use it as a flavorful, healthy sauce for pasta.
* Potatoes
* Try it as a condiment on sandwiches, burgers, and wraps

* 3 large roasted red bell peppers (red capsicum)
* 1/2-1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
* 1 cup fresh basil leaves
* 2 cloves garlic
* sea salt
* 1/2 lemon (juice of)
* 1/2 cup olive oil

* Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend it smooth !!

If you want to make it a little bit more rich add cashew or peanut or pine nut (soaked )

You can freeze this sauce in that case don’t add the Parmesan when blending add that when you ready to cook with this sauce !!

If you want your dish to be even richer after cooking dish finish of with some fresh cream
