Lobster in coconut mustard gravy

In a lot of regions across India coconut and seafood is a classic combination. We Bengali take that combination up a notch and add mustard paste to it !! And make a truly sumptuous dish. Which is called “narkol sorshe chingri or prawn in mustard coconut gravy !!

Usual small or medium size prawn are used for this curry , but. I Wanted to elevate it little more further and cooked it with lobster 😀

believe me if you made this dish with lobster you will get hooked to it . The buttery soft flesh of lobster with the pungent mustard paste, flavoured with sharp mustard oil and subtle sweetness from right amount of coconut milk with hint of heat from fresh green chillies will definitely please your taste bud !!
