Simple grill lamb chops

* 1 cup flat leaf parsley
* 1 cup mint
* 1 cup cilantro
* 5 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
* 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* 8 rib newzeland racks of lamb, trimmed of all but a thin layer of fat
* 5 tablespoon honey
* 2 teaspoons sesame oil

1. To make mint sauce: Place all the ingredients except the lamb 😄 in a food processor or blender and process to a puree. Add it to the lamb and marinate for 4 5 hrs or overnight
2. Grill lamb chops: Heat a grill or grill pan until very hot. and grill the lamb chops till it’s done
