This week challenge is adult version of your childhood food !! taztastes This was a difficult challenge, growing up in India, you don’t really have food made only for kids…..we ate everything, but nothing I remember was cooked only for the kids! I used to crave the chocolate truffles my uncle and aunt used to get from London, and over the years, they have become the food I most relate to as a child. So as I started thinking about this challenge, I naturally gravitated towards these chocolate truffles…and what else than a healthy dose of Bailey’s to add that adult flavor? So here we go
Bailey’s Irish Cream Truffles!! 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
* 4 tbsp butter room temperature
8 oz cream cheese * 5 tbsp Bailey’s Irish Cream
* 1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 2 12 oz pack of white chocolate or dark chocolate chips or you can choose either one
Butter is not included ingredients 😄 !! 1. Cream the butter and cream cheese together until light and fluffy.

2. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs and Bailey’s Irish Cream.

3. Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until completely mixed in.
4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is better)
5. Scoop batter into balls and place on parchment paper.

6. Place balls into freezer for 10-15 minutes
7. While the batter is freezing, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.
8. Dip balls into chocolate, covering completely.
9. Place back on parchment paper and let cool
10. Use a spoon to drizzle remaining melt chocolate
